About

I am interested in creating images of how life as we know it may adapt and evolve as our environment alters due to the impact of climate change.

As a species we show an inability to act with the foresight of how today’s actions will affect the future that we create. My depictions can be realistic, comic and at times surreal, but each one aims to show an audience how life may change if we continue our environmentally damaging lifestyle.

Having moved away from the tradition of documentary photography as a means of communicating ideas, my approach to addressing the serious topic of the environment is often to use humor. My unrealistic attempts to find solutions to environmental problems aim to engage an audience through amusement and curiosity.

I am interested in portraying every aspect of how our future might look including our landscape, agriculture, settlements, transport and all of the minute details of how we operate in our daily lives.

I am currently completing an artist in residence program at University Campus Suffolk.
